Ruben Alcoba Esq.
Ruben Alcoba is a Miami based patent attorney, he has personally handled over 100 patent and trademark matters: he focuses his practice to patent and trademark prosecution, in layman terms patent applications and trademark applications and the prosecution of the applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Alcoba is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Alcoba received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Florida International University in 1995 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. He served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1988. Mr. Alcoba is fluent in Spanish.
